In this key role you will work in collaboration with the Langley Division of Family Practice and in liaison with GPs, Psychiatrists, mental health clinicians, public health and outreach workers from Stepping Stone Community Services Society and the Salvation Army, Gateway of Hope shelter, to provide primary care to homeless and unattached individuals with serious mental health and substance use issues.
You will be supported by the GPs and work collaboratively with a Psychiatrist.
Your qualifications include current, practicing registration (exam qualified), as a Nurse Practitioner with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC) and relevant, clinical nursing experience.
