| We currently have an opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator in our Inpatient Psychiatric Unit located at Ridge Meadows Hospital in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. This position offers you the opportunity to: • Provide leadership in the delivery of patient activities on the Unit • Coordinate admissions, discharge planning and clinical resource utilization • Provide supervision to a great team To be the successful candidate, you will have: • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC) or the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of British Columbia (CRPNBC) • Recent 3 years psychiatric clinical experience • One year supervisory/administrative experience • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate Level C • Valid BC driver's license and access to personal vehicle careers.fraserhealth.ca | facebook.com/fraserhealthcareers |
