| We currently have an opportunity for a Clinical Resource Nurse in our Home Health Program located in Abbotsford, British Columbia. This position offers you the opportunity to: • Provide leadership, education and consultation to staff • Promote best practices • Educate and guide staff in home health care issues • Work collaboratively with members of the interdisciplinary team To be the successful candidate, you will have: • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC) • Recent 3 years' experience in community nursing • Including one (1) years' experience in education/leadership role • Completion of a post-graduate specialty program in geriatric care, IV therapy or palliative care • Valid BC Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle careers.fraserhealth.ca | facebook.com/fraserhealthcareers |
