Build on your career experience as you support the coordination and development of FHA’s IM/IT Service Change and Request Management procedures, processes and systems.

• Work closely with our customers to understand their business model, requirements and translate into requirements documents.
• Provide analyst support for all phases of project development and implementation including hands-on application support.
• Utilize your demonstrated knowledge of information management, business processes, technologies and applications, project management experience and superior skill in data research and business/systems analysis.
• Act as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams

In this position you will:

• Administer and support the continued development of FHA’s IM/IT Service Management Ticketing system and processes
• Apply and grow your business analysis expertise in requirements planning, elicitation techniques, and enterprise analyses;
• Facilitate and communicate with stakeholders to develop business process models and map to system specifications;
• Strengthen and compose formal documentation to track requirements, specifications, and project management plans;
• Participate in change and transformation activities that impact people, process, and technology;
• Make significant contributions to multiple simultaneous information systems projects to support the information, systems, and technology goals of Fraser Health;

As the successful candidate, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Science or Computer Science and two to four years’ experience with business and systems analysis.

Your demonstrable experience programming in SQL and scripting languages (JavaScript, Visual Basic), and experience with IM/IT Service Management Ticketing tools and processes (especially HP Service Manager) are assets to this role, as is your familiarity with (and ideally certification in) ITIL Foundations.
