We are seeking an energetic and positive leader for the position of Executive Director, Clinical Programs and Operations.
Reporting to the Vice President, Clinical Operations, you are responsible for providing senior leadership for Residential Care, Assisted Living, Acquired Brain Injury, Fraser Canyon Hospital and Hope Community.
In this key role, you will lead, inspire and balance the needs of individual programs with that of the overall system to support a fully integrated program management model across Fraser Health.
The Residential Care and Assisted Living Program is led by a progressive, visionary and committed team, bringing resident focused, best practice to this sector of healthcare. The team’s slogan is “A caring place to live… a great place to work”, and the goal is to not only use leading practice, but to create leading practice through innovative change, standardization, individualized care, resident choice, support for residents, families and staff, and research.
Through partnerships with physician leaders, Executive Directors and Directors, you will play a key role in the system design, implementation and sustainability of integrated health programs across a clinical or geographic population providing coordinated, patient-centred care.
As the successful candidate you have a Master’s degree in a field related to health care management and ten to fifteen years progressively senior, management experience. Leadership experience in large health care organizations is required.
