As the Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) Analyst-Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for the support and coordination of approved systems and support projects, business process and facilities database information across the Organizations, and liaise with internal and external consultants and agencies to support systems, business analysis, and impact analysis on facilities operations or projects. Your work will include the following: • Participate as a member on project teams developing facilities systems and support development, database management, business process issues. • Be responsible for the maintenance, enhancement, analysis of systems with a focus on meeting the IWMS (FM Department) needs. Identifies the impacts of changes on the department. • Coordinate the process of system development and database management by liaising with project planners, consultants and various user groups for assigned projects. • Coordinate project improvements according to approved project charters; work with the project team to assist with project timelines and scope of work. As the successful candidate, you have a Building Technologist or technical college certification, or equivalent IT, or Project Management experience supplemented with five years' recent, related progressive experience.
