| We currently have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse in our Mental Health and Substance Use Services - Emergency Department located at Surrey Memorial Hospital in Surrey, British Columbia. This position offers you the opportunity to: • Provide and co-ordinate nursing care to assigned patients • Demonstrate nursing expertise and provide clinical leadership in evidence based holistic care practices • Collaborate with Nurses and health care team members to address medical and psychiatric needs of patients • Provide orientation and ongoing education for nursing staff and students To be the successful candidate, you will have: • Graduation from an approved school of Nursing • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC) • Completion of a Post Basic Emergency course or Critical Care course • One (1) year recent nursing experience in an acute emergency setting • Current Basic Rescuer Certificate • Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) Certificate careers.fraserhealth.ca | facebook.com/fraserhealthcareers |
