As an integral member of the Recruitment Team, you have responsibility for utilizing all available resources to recruit for difficult-to-fill, nursing positions within Fraser Health.
Be the key liaison for local, national and international candidates as you provide information about Fraser Health including our opportunities, programs and sites.
Conduct pre-screening interviews with applicants for Nursing positions.
Work with applicants and Managers to find “best fit” placements.
As the successful candidate you have:
a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Business, Human Resources or a related professional discipline
Five years recent, related experience, including recruiting in health care.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

This is a regular part-time (.5) position, alternating two days per week/three days per week in a shared portfolio, located at our Central City offices in Surrey, B.C.
