| We currently have an opportunity for an Acute Access Coordinator in our Clinical Capacity Program located in the following facilities: Abbotsford Regional Hospital Mission Memorial Hospital Chilliwack General Hospital Fraser Canyon Hospital This position offers you the opportunity to: • Coordinate efficient and timely patient placement and bed utilization within FH • Collaborate with health care facilities and BC Bedline regarding access to beds • Provide guidance to health care teams regarding admission eligibility and criteria To be the successful candidate, you will have: • Baccalaureate's degree in Nursing • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC) • Recent three (3) years related clinical experience in an acute care setting including 1 year experience in supervisory or leadership role responsible for patient care coordination, access and planning • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle careers.fraserhealth.ca | facebook.com/fraserhealthcareers |
