| We currently have an opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit located at Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, British Columbia. This position offers you the opportunity to: • Provide nursing leadership and clinical support • Liaise between patients, relatives and the health care team • Supervise nursing staff by scheduling and coordinating work assignments • Role model theory-based practice to support the needs of the patient and staff To be the successful candidate, you will have: • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia • Recent three (3) years' clinical experience including one (1) year supervisory experience • Completion of post graduate coursework or applicable certification careers.fraserhealth.ca | facebook.com/fraserhealthcareers |
