Facilities Management (FM) provides services for Fraser Health (FH), Providence Health Care (PHC), the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) and Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), collectively, “the Organizations”. It is a vibrant and dynamic portfolio and one of the largest full-service FM organizations in the country. Its goal is to provide a wide range of effective and sustainable services to support the delivery of health care. We employ individuals in locations across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and the Sunshine Coast.
Bring your exceptional leadership, initiative, and innovation in problem solving to this exciting role as Manager, Capital Projects.
You will lead the implementation of approved facilities capital projects across the Organizations, including project management, budget control, contract negotiation, dispute resolution and oversight of projects from design through to construction and commissioning. You will also represent the Organizations interests through your work with internal and external parties and community groups, as well as supervise others in ensuring accountability and performance of various capital project initiatives.
Your qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design or a relevant discipline and a professional designation, supplemented with seven to ten years' recent, related experience in progressively more complex and senior management, leadership roles in a large multi-site organization managing the design and construction of facilities projects.
Two regular full-time position are available, located in Vancouver, BC.
