We employ individuals in locations across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and the Sunshine Coast. Bring your exceptional leadership, initiative, and innovation in problem solving to this exciting role as Manager, Capital Projects. You will lead the implementation of approved facilities capital projects across the Organizations, including project management, budget control, contract negotiation, dispute resolution and oversight of projects from design through to construction and commissioning. You will also represent the Organizations interests through your work with internal and external parties and community groups, as well as supervise others in ensuring accountability and performance of various capital project initiatives. Your qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design or a relevant discipline and a professional designation, supplemented with seven to ten years' recent, related experience in progressively more complex and senior management, leadership roles in a large multi-site organization managing the design and construction of facilities projects.
