| We currently have an opportunity for a Geriatric Emergency Clinician in our Older Adult Program located at Chilliwack General Hospital in Chilliwack, British Columbia. This position offers you the opportunity to: • Bring your expertise in assessment and medical management of acutely ill frail seniors • Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities • Collaboratively work with the Emergency Team and Geriatrician • Provide education to health care professionals, clients and their families To be the successful candidate, you will have: • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC) • Recent three years clinical experience in gerontology • One year experience in education or leadership • Post graduate specialty program(s) and/or Canadian Certificate in Gerentology or comprehensive knowledge of nursing theory and evidence based practice within the clinical area careers.fraserhealth.ca | facebook.com/fraserhealthcareers |
