| We currently have an opportunity for a Renal Services Program Nurse in our Renal – Hemodialysis Program located at Abbotsford Regional Hospital in Abbotsford, British Columbia. This position offers you the opportunity to: • Work with patients with chronic renal failure • Utilize your specialty education and experience • Assist with providing treatments, treatment plans and evaluations • Collaborate with other health care professionals to identify and resolve patient care issues To be the successful candidate, you will have: • Graduation from School of Nursing • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC) • Recent 2 years experience in hemodialysis or acute medical/surgical • Completion of an advanced Nephrology Nursing education course • Current CPR Level "C" certification careers.fraserhealth.ca | facebook.com/fraserhealthcareers |
