| Be a part of a dynamic Mental Health Inpatient team at Royal Columbian Hospital that facilitates individual care plans, individual or group programs and activities. This is your chance to work independently with our clients, providing expert care while executing our Team’s care plans. In this position you will: • Assist with personal care and/or activities of daily living. • Provide observations of clients’ conditions to designated nursing staff. • Facilitate participation in psychosocial rehabilitation activities. • Accompany clients to offsite appointments. Put your Mental Health Care Worker education to use and build on your experience while you work with acute mental health clients in a multi-disciplinary environment.
